    Great value for money!

    Excellent food.

    Nice ambience.. Maybe could have been better. But still totally worth going..

    Its in the heart of the city. So after a whole day of shopping in CP or Janpath, its a great place to relax, have a nice cocktail and juts chill.

    Great for a date as well. Not hard on the pocket at all.. :)

    HyderabadiMurg Biryani is a popular and tasty non-veg cuisine. Why to go to a Biryani shop when you can easily cook it at your home? We are presenting below an easy recipe of HyderabadiMurg Biryani.




    1.5 kg chicken pieces

    1 kg basmati rice

    1 tsp ginger paste

    1 tsp garlic paste

    4 lemon’s juice

    1 bunch mint

    4 small cardamoms

    2 thinly sliced onions

    2 cups ghee

    1 cup yogurt

    1/2tsp saffron soaked in 1/2 cup milk

    Salt according to taste




    Make the paste of ginger, garlic, yogurt, and red chilly powder in a bowl.

    Marinate chicken with the above made paste and keep it side for 30 mins.

    Put the marinated chicken in a pan and cook without water until it dries out completely. Take it off the heat burner.

    Heat ghee in a fresh pan and deep fry the onions until it turns golden brown.

    Add mint leaves, cardamoms, and lemon juice into the heated ghee. Mix it with the cooked chicken.

    Add rice with salted water in a pot and boil until it is half cooked.

    Coat a pan with ghee and pour into half of the rice with chicken. Coat over the remaining rice and spread over saffron milk. Cook it covered on low flame for 15 mins.

    Sausage plait is a delicious and nutritious homemade recipe. It is similar to sausage rolls in terms of ingredients and preparations, though it has some vegetable and fruits to make it even more nutritious for the family lunch.



    1 x 375 gm/13 oz packet readymade puff pastry

    1 Tbsp butter

    1 Small onion, diced

    1kg good sausage meat

    1 Free-range egg, beaten



    Preheat the oven to 200C/400F

    Let the pastry be rolled out to turn into desired rectangles  

    Take a frying pan to heat the butter before adding the onion

    Cook the mixture till is reaches softness, though don’t wait for it to be coloured 

    Take a bow to mix the onion and the sausage meat completely. 

    Spread the sausage mixture along the centre of the pastry

    After cutting and slitting the sausage as per the shape, brush it with beaten egg 

    Fold the pastry in a way to give a plait effect and then brush the top with beaten egg.

    Take it to a baking tray for baking in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes

    After 15-20 minutes, slash down the temperature to 150C/300F/Gas 2 after 20 minutes

    Serve in slices hot or cold
